two rings I just finished using some of the porcelain samples I created in Jennifer Datchuk and I's collaborative class (Porcelain Jewelry) last term.

Last night kicked off the first session of Porcelain Jewelry, a colloborative class between ceramist Jennifer Datchuk and myself. The images above are my first set of samples. She'll be spending the next five weeks continuing to teach basic working strategies for small scale porcelain objects and then I'll spend six weeks teaching those same students how to fabricate metal settings to create porcelain objects of adornment.
